Chelsey's 3 year pictures

Last fall I decided that it would be fun to start taking my kids pictures myself instead of taking them to a studio for their pictures. The older 4 were easy compared to a 3 year old. It started out fine and she did smile--well kind of, and then it started to go downhill from there and she ended up crying. We ended up with some good shots. Courtney was trying to get her to laugh and did a pretty good job. I am not sure that I will attempt to take her pictures again.....by next year I am sure I will have changed my mind. Here are a few of the good ones.

We are officially bloggers now!

I have been thinking about starting a blog for quite some time now and have finally managed (with the help of Bryan) to come up with a name. I started this to keep our family and friends up to date on what is happening with our family!

Bryan and Brandon just got back from a trip to Washington D.C. It was for the 7th & 8th graders from our school. It was only 4 days and packed with a lot of sight seeing! They both were glad that they went--it was a trip filled with a lot of history and they both learned a lot.
